General Terms and Conditions

1. SCOPE

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.

2. CONTRACTING PARTIES, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS

The purchase contract is concluded with Crystalp GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive confirmation by email.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Advance payment
If you choose the payment method "Advance payment," we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.

Credit card
In the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers based on their individual criteria. However, we have no influence on the availability of these methods; any individually offered payment methods pertain to your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.

Sofort by Klarna
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, legitimize yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated Google Pay, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria, in cooperation with Austrian banks ("Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)"), you must have an online banking-enabled bank account with an Austrian credit institution, legitimize yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated Apple Pay, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before concluding the ordering process in our online shop. In order to process the ordering process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can choose the delivery address stored at Amazon and the payment method, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our online shop, where you can complete the ordering process.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further instructions for the respective payment option and during the order process.

Invoice payment via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been shipped and the invoice has been received.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

The statutory warranty rights apply. Information about any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
